Refund & Payment Policy

Individual accounts on Smart AI Code Playground are free. We do not take card details and there is nothing to cancel or refund. Free access is offered at our discretion and usage limits may apply.

Organizations (companies, institutes and training providers) may be invoiced under a separate written agreement. Where such an agreement exists, its payment, renewal and cancellation terms take precedence over this page.

• Prices, inclusive taxes and the billing period will be shown before you pay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time.
• Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps access until the end of the period already paid for.
• Refunds are offered within 7 days of a first purchase if the service was not substantially used, and for duplicate or clearly erroneous charges.
• Refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days of approval.
