Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated 11 September 2026

This policy forms part of the Terms of Use and applies to every account, including organization members.

Content and intellectual property

  • Do not scrape, bulk-download, resell or redistribute questions, answers or explanations.
  • Do not reverse engineer, resell or white-label the service without written permission.
  • Do not upload content you do not have the right to share.

Safe code and submissions

Submitted code is automatically screened. Submissions are rejected, and accounts may be suspended, where code attempts to:

  • Make outbound network calls, download files or open sockets.
  • Run shell or system commands, or spawn processes.
  • Read or write files outside the isolated sandbox.
  • Mine cryptocurrency or deliberately consume excessive processing time.
  • Obfuscate strings or pull in suspicious third-party packages.
  • Read secrets, environment variables or other users' data.

Do not submit confidential employer code, credentials, or other people's personal data into the editors, chat or interview.

Fair use of the service

  • No automated scripts, load generation, probing or attempts to bypass limits or security.
  • One account per person; do not share accounts or credentials.
  • Respect AI usage quotas and rate limits.

Assessment integrity

Do not use the app to cheat in a live, proctored or otherwise prohibited assessment. For organization assignments, copying question text and pasting code into the editor is blocked; attempting to circumvent this may be reported to your administrator.

Enforcement

We may warn, rate-limit, suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, with or without notice. Report abuse to support@aicodedost.com.
